• if single or no child, your income must be lower than $15,480 or $22,610 if filing jointly.
• if you have a child, your income must be $43,492 or $49,622 if you’re filed as a married couple.
HOW TO APPLY?
According to a published post by The US Sun, starting the 1st of February, you will be able to apply for the credit via online application at WorkingFamiliesCredit.wa.gov. If you want to apply via paper or manually, you can go to the same website or go to your nearest local Department of Revenue field company.

The state is joining some other states in applying for their tax credit-like program.
CALIFORNIA
In California, a child tax credit gives $1,000 to each eligible family with income under $25,000
IDAHO
Idaho also gives support to families. Each qualifying family will get $205 for each eligible child.
MASSACHUSETTS
The state gives $180 for one dependent and $360 for two or more dependents.
