-Add onions and garlic and cook until beef is browned and onions are caramelising.- -Meanwhile, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, mirin, and maple syrup. -When the meat is cooked, add half of the sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes until caramelised.

– Add the remaining sauce to taste, or store the extra for in the fridge for another time. – Stir the cooked noodles into the ground beef mixture and heat through. – Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds and serve.
