As reported by Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office, many stabbings occurred at a recovery home on Central Valley Road on Sunday night, leaving two individuals dead and two others seriously hurt and sent to local hospitals. This stabbing happened at Washington Recovery Home.
The residence in the 9000 block of Central Valley Road was home to one individual, a 29-year-old Bellevue male, who was taken into custody by police enforcement immediately after they arrived there just before 9 o’clock, according to the sheriff’s office.
The guy was treated for minor injuries at St. Michael Medical Center before due to stabbing booked into the Kitsap County Prison on charges of first-degree murder and first-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, according to Lt. Ken Dickinson, a spokesman for the agency. He’s being detained without bond at the moment.
Residents of the house, according to Dickinson, contacted 911 at 8:45 p.m. to report that someone was stabbing individuals inside the house. When a trooper and a deputy from the Washington State Patrol arrived, they discovered the 29-year-old male hiding in some bushes while clutching a butcher knife.
As per, Dickinson, detectives discovered two bodies inside the house along with two other persons who were seriously injured due to stabbing and in danger of dying. One of the patients was airlifted to Seattle’s Harborview Medical Center, while the other was brought to Tacoma General Hospital.
A 51-year-old occupant of the house was one of the deceased due to stabbing. Dickinson said that the other was an unidentified woman. He said she had been a guest at the house.
The 29-year-old suspect, who Dickinson said was a resident of the home, a place for those through addiction rehabilitation, was interviewed by detectives for the first time.
