A Virginia guy made the bold decision to buy 20 lottery tickets, selecting the same numbers for each one. The risk was profitable.
He won $100,000 overall thanks to the winning number, which was valued at $5,000.
As per the Virginia Lottery, Fekru Hirpo purchased the tickets once at a gas station in Arlington, Virginia, selecting the 4-digit combination 2-5-2-7.
According to lottery authorities, Hirpo explained that although he typically doesn’t “play a lot of tickets having identical numbers,” that time “just told him” to do.
He continued by saying he had “no current plans” for the cash he had just received.
