Update on stimulus: Citizens of Massachusetts will receive 2nd direct payment in 18 days’ worth $400

It will only take 18 days for users of the Chelsea Eats program in Chelsea, Massachusetts, to get their 2nd payout, which may be valued at $400.

On April 15, 738 families would collectively get payouts from the plan varying from $200 to $400. The people of Massachusetts will be capable of paying their electricity bills and purchasing groceries. The beneficiaries would get this cash on their debit cards, wherein the city sent them in early March, a Chelsea city representative informed the Washington Examiner.

The size of the participant’s family will determine how much each person receives from this payout. A pay of $200 will be made to households with one person, $300 with 2 individuals, and $400 to households with 3 or more persons.

The plan will make the 2nd of 3 payments to participants through their debit cards in April. The 1st payment was made on March 15 of this month, and the final one is scheduled for May.

Citizens of Chelsea who maintained a family income that was 30% below the neighborhood median were required to apply for this plan.
