The net settlement fund is divided equally among those who submit claims. Depending on how many claims are submitted, the precise payouts will change. A 55 percent participation rate would result in payments of about $300 per participant, according to Top Class Actions.
Payments of $550 would be made at a participation rate of 30%. While payments of about $1,100 are predicted to be made at a participation rate of 15%. A legitimate claim must be made before August 4, 2023, if you are eligible for a settlement payment.
