Many more people are expected to receive stimulus checks as well as other payouts regularly.
Meanwhile, there are a handful more from states and localities that you can claim.

This includes recurring payments such as stimulus checks and universal basic income (UBI) instead of one-time payments.

Some will ask you to complete an application, which may be open for only a few weeks or even days.

The payments that you may be eligible for are listed below.

Federal stimulus

Although a fourth government stimulus check is improbable, you could still be due up to $1,400.

If any of the following statements apply to you, this could be you:

  • Couples expecting a child in the year 2021
  • On the 2021 tax return, individuals who acquired a dependent
  • Singles as well as couples who generated income more than $80,000 in 2020 but less than $160,000 in 2021.
  • Eligible relatives who died in 2021 but did not receive the maximum stimulus payout.

The Recovery Rebate Credit is available to those who are eligible for a stimulus check.

This year’s tax deadline is April 18th.

Phoenix, Arizona, launched a monthly income program last month that will provide each eligible family with a total of $12,000.

One thousand families with young children will get $1,000 monthly payouts on pre-loaded cards for a year as part of the city’s financial support program.

Families received $2,000 payouts in January since there were no payments in January.

To be eligible, a household of four’s earnings must not surpass 80% of the area’s median household income, which is $63,200.

A city official informed The Sun that eligible families must pick up their cards in person and that they will not be mailed.

Participants received a link to set up for appointments and collect their cards after completing the program.

The Sun contacted the city for more information.

New York

Few groups have experienced as much unemployment as artists have during the pandemic.

The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, which supports the arts and humanities, created the Creatives Rebuild New York (CRNY) program to address this issue.

Artists will get $125 million in relief funding as part of the CRNY initiative.

Over the course of 18 months, 2,400 artists throughout the state of New York will be paid $1,000.

In addition, the program will provide 300 artists with two-year employment possibilities with a salary of $65,000.

Artists that meet the criteria can apply right now for their no-strings-attached cash.

However, applications are only accepted until March 25th, giving you just over two weeks to submit your claim.
