Authorities in New York City are searching for a man after alleging that he assaulted a 75-year-old lady last week by pushing her, breaking her leg.
Around 5:40 p.m. on Thursday, the incident took place. the NYPD reported that it was on Frederick Douglass Boulevard close to West 117th Street in Harlem.
According to reports, the unidentified man approached the woman and shoved her to the ground.
After the assault, according to police, the suspect fled east on West 117th Street.
Police reported that when the 75-year-old woman was pushed to the ground, she broke her femur. She was taken by emergency transport to St. Luke’s was classified in stable condition after the attack.
Police identified the culprit from security photos as a man with a dark complexion and a medium build. He was last spotted sporting a black cap, blue pants, white lace-less sneakers, and a black long sleeve shirt underneath.
