Mother of Michael Jackson, 92, Katherine Failing to Attend For “Emotionally Difficult Deposition” In Conflict with LaToya’s Ex

Katherine Jackson, 92, the mom of Michael Jackson, is declining to take a statement after LaToya’s ex-fiancé included her in the legal dispute charging him of stealing the late singer’s property, according to RadarOnline.com.

Katherine’s lawyers appeared in court this week to defend the demand, as per court documents published by RadarOnline.com.

Jackson’s family accused LaToya Jackson’s long-term ex Jeffree Phillips the previous year of taking $1 million worth of memorabilia belonging to the late pop icon, which RadarOnline.com reported previously.

Jackson’s estate stated in court documents that Jeffree and LaToya were living at his Carolwood house at the time of his death on June 25, 2009. The estate claimed that with the disturbance within the home, Phillips could remove several goods.

Handwritten notes, five hard drives, three silver Mac laptops, 2 iPods, cassette tapes, and a huge black bag with a skull on it are all the goods, according to the estate.

The extra items include a Michael Jackson doll, an autographed, framed headshot of the singer, and about 11 framed platinum/gold record medals.
