How To Get Discounts and Free Services?
You can expand the amount of your EBT cards by availing of the following:
AMAZON PRIME
Approximately half off the standard price of a membership, or $6.99 per month, is available to Massachusetts SNAP participants who sign up for an Amazon Prime EBT Discount.
FARMER’S MARKETS
When you use SNAP to purchase local food through the Healthy Incentives Program, $40, $60, or $80 is credited back to your EBT card each month (HIP).
MUSEUMS, ZOOS, AND AQUARIUMS
EBT cards can enter hundreds of museums, aquariums, and zoos for free or at a reduced price thanks to the Massachusetts Museums for All project. The EBT Card to Culture Program, which accepts P-EBT cards through 2022, also provides additional discounts from the Commonwealth at museums and other cultural establishments.
UTILITY BILLS
Massachusetts SNAP beneficiaries have access to National Grid’s low-income discount rate.
