After the youngster informed a child advocate organization about the sexual and physical abuse, police opened an investigation into Roy in May 2019, according to Fox 43.
The alleged abuse took place at Roy’s Mechanicsburg residence in 2018 and 2019. Fox News, citing a PennLive report, mentioned that Roy most recently resided in the nearby Harrisburg region. But police now characterize him as being homeless.

Man Rapes 10-Year-Old Child
Daily Voice, citing police records, allegedly described Roy trying to drown the 10-year-old child in a bathtub, strangling her with a power wire, duct-taping her to a punching bag as he beat her.
Roy allegedly also made the girl watch porn with him and perform sex acts on him. Several reports also mentioned that he allegedly tried to drown her before throwing her down a flight of stairs. He allegedly attempted to strangle her with a headphone on another occasion when she didn’t immediately switch off his Xbox.
The girl said that when she was at Roy’s former residence in Mechanicsburg, he frequently raped her and made death threats if she informed anybody.
Authorities said the accusations were brought following a “lengthy investigation.” Roy will have a preliminary hearing on February 9 at the Cumberland County Prison, where he is being detained on a $200,000 bond.
