Father of the Baby Attempted to Deny the Allegation
The father of the 5-month-old boy attempted to deny the allegation. He first claimed that he was holding his son when he tripped and fell. He told the police that his body accidentally slammed into the baby’s body.
Later on, he admitted that he lost his temper because his 5-month-old son would not stop crying. It was the reason why he shook his baby. According to the Allegheny County medical examiner, the baby died from abusive head trauma and ruled the death a homicide.
