After a week of court scenes quickly converted into “content,” the Gwyneth Paltrow trial has concluded.
After testifying last Friday in a case involving a 2016 “hit and run” ski mishap, BuzzFeed said Paltrow has been the subject of viral social media moments all week.
BBC News Paltrow was sued for allegedly skiing away after hitting a retired optometrist in Utah. She countersued, alleging she was the one whom a ski had hit.
Paltrow won her case on Thursday, received $1, and demanded legal expenses.

Gwyneth Paltrow Trial Case: Netizens Make Memes
On the final day of the Gwyneth Paltrow trial case, several people started reposting one particular incident on Twitter.
In a now-viral video, Sanderson’s attorney questioned Paltrow about how the ski mishap “deterred” the celebrity from taking full advantage of the rest of her trip.
Paltrow said she missed out on a half-day of skiing.
“texting all my friends’ well … I lost half a day of skiing’ next time any minor inconvenience befalls me,” one person tweeted.
Paltrow’s trial case was readily meme-ified and repackaged in ways that may not have pretty portrayed the court procedures and resulted in erroneous conclusions.
According to the Associated Press, as the Gwyneth Paltrow trial ended on Thursday, the celebrity left the courtroom and muttered, “I wish you luck,” as Sanderson sat next to him.
NBC News said that Kristin Vanorman, Sanderson’s attorney, produced a couple of meme-worthy incidents.
In any case, Paltrow and Sanderson received warm wishes from their audience for all the stuff they produced this week.
