California’s Governor Gavin Newsom criticized Florida’s Gov. Ron DeSantis about his plan of turning the liberal school ‘New College’ of Florida into his conservative playground. After knowing the plan of Florida’s Governor, Gov. Gavin Newsom reacts and torched DeSantis.
According to Herald-Tribune reports, DeSantis talked about turning New College of Florida more like Hillsdale College in Michigan which is a very conservative Christian School.

‘He Will Never Have a Moral Authority’
When Newsom hears the plan of DeSantis, he said that the Florida Governor likes to ‘bully and intimidate vulnerable types of communities.’ Newsom said to the students of New College of Florida that they are ‘not alone on the right side of the story. He even said to New College of Florida students that ‘you have something he’ll never have’ and that is moral authority.
Both students and staff of New College of Florida discussed their fear and anxiety about Gov. DeSantis’ plan in making the school a conservative Christian School. Students from New College of Florida feel the effect of the fierce political debate that is happening between Gov. Newsom of California and Gov. DeSantis of Florida.
