Former High School Teacher and Coach Had a Sexual Relationship With His Student

Teacher Got Married To His Student

In a published article in TRUE CRIME DAILY, the former teacher bonded out from jail in an amount of $30,000. After he was released from jail, he resigned from his job as a high school teacher and a coach then married his student with whom he had a sexual relationship.

The two got married on Nov.8 but it was found that a clause on his bond conditions prohibited contact with the student. Tucker’s attorney, Nick Lough, said, “He has had absolutely no direct communication or contact with his wife, but they are lawfully and legally married, and so, as a defense team, all we can do is file a motion with a court on that issue.”

He also added,  “We are asking that the judge strike any kind of language with any bond conditions that would limit his ability or his wife’s ability to contact each other and communicate with each other, and that’s really all we’re asking at this point for the judge to consider.”
