Family members are said to have found the golf course at 2100 N. MacGregor Way after recalling the person’s movements over the previous few days. At about 8:45 p.m. on Sunday, a family member reportedly observed something strange in the pond and warned the police.

After the investigation, dive teams removed the body from the pond.

“In response, the Houston Fire Department arrived on the site. They could tell it was a person’s body because “explained Lt. J.P. Horelica. The dive team from the Houston Police Department and the medical examiner’s office arrived at the area and started their inquiry and rescue efforts.

Police are looking into what happened before the person died and whether foul play is possible.

The facts surrounding the events are unknown at this moment, Horelica stated. All they understand is that the person was reported missing on Wednesday, March 15 and that they were discovered this evening by the park’s pond.
