A Florida teenager who almost two years ago stabbed a 13-year-old cheerleader 114 times “after being asked by demons” entered a guilty plea to first-degree murder, according to police.

Aiden Fucci, who was 14 when he was arrested in connection with the murder of Tristyn Bailey on May 9, 2021, entered a plea one day before the start of jury selection in his trial, Florida’s Seventh Judicial District said per NBC News.

WALDKIRCHEN, GERMANY – JANUARY 05: Locals dressed as “Perchten”, a traditional demonic creature in German and Austrian Alpine folklore, parade through the town center during the annual “Rauhnacht” gathering on January 5, 2017 in Waldkirchen, Germany. The “Rauhnaechte” nights are the time in between Christmas and Epiphany when winter is at its darkest and its evil spirits most prevalent. January 5, the last night before Epiphany, marks the end of the period, and in a tradition dating back to 1725 locals in Waldkirchen dressed as Perchten, witches, devils and other demonic beings parade through the streets in a final show of force before they retreat to let winter ebb. Demon Spirits Urge Teenager to Kill a Cheerleader

A disturbed teenager from Florida claimed that “demon voices” instructed him to kill a 13-year-old friend in a deadly assault and spoke to him. Express UK said the alleged murderer Aiden Fucci is now 16 years old.

He apologized to the girl’s relatives and said he had stabbed the victim 114 times before leaving the body in the wooded woods in a peaceful Jacksonville neighborhood.

Details reveal that Tristyn Bailey, who studies alongside Aidan at Patriot Oaks Academy, was a cheerleader.

On May 9, 2021, she and the teenager were seen on surveillance footage in St. Johns County strolling. The same video showed that Aidan, the first suspect, had returned by himself.

Authorities said they found the corpse three miles from Fucci’s home in a wooded area. Fox News (via Yahoo! News) wrote that the adolescent girl’s skull includes a blade piece, but the other part was found in a nearby pond.

Even though Fucci purposely misled the court based on trial records, he subsequently claimed that he was with the victim the night of the murder.

They discovered what the suspect was wearing during the murder while searching the suspect’s home for evidence. All of it was stained with blood.

Although the accused was just 14 when he murdered his friend, he is nonetheless regarded as an adult and is thus not eligible for the death sentence

Last Monday, Aidan spoke in court, admitting his guilt and pleading with his own family, the Baileys, for forgiveness.

Jacksonville reported that Aidan changed his plea Monday to guilty in the first-degree murder of the cheerleader.

First Coast News added the teenager had muttered early on in the trial not to let devils capture his soul.

How The Teen Stabbed The Cheerleader

According to reports, the suspect’s friends told authorities that he had fantasized about violence and deadly intent and intended to kill something in the woods.

In his drawings, he would depict dismembered corpses and claim that demon whispers had persuaded him to terminate a life.

He felt no remorse when he murdered the popular adolescent and enjoyed the publicity after the demons allegedly asked him to do the crime. Before the first interview, posting Snapchat footage while seated in the backseat of a police vehicle.

While in the jail awaiting trial, he allegedly intimidated staff members and other inmates and claimed responsibility for a heinous crime.

When the police saw his mother, Crystal Smith, washing blood-stained garments in the bathroom sink, she was issued a citation for tampering with evidence. The mother posted bail and was scheduled to appear in court on April 4.

Fucci will get a complete life sentence because of the seriousness of his act. However, he may be eligible for a review after 25 years.
