Demo of My Hero Academia Ultra Rumble debuts this February 2022

My Hero Academia Ultra Rumble.

My Hero Academia franchise (MHA) will release the demo of My Hero Academia Ultra Rumble, a new video game, from February 2 (Wednesday) until February 6 (Sunday). The game was developed by Bandai Namco Entertainment.

Once fully launched, it will be available on PlayStation (PS), Xbox, PC, and Nintendo Switch.

MHA Ultra Rumble will be a 24-person battle royale wherein eight teams, each having three members, will comprise the battlefields. In the demo, 12 characters will debut. The game’s characters uniquely possess their skills, abilities, and weaknesses. 

Moreover, the game is a free basic play, but some items will be charged. It falls under Hiroaka Multiplayer Action. Skill cards will also be available for gamers to collect, and these can enhance the characters’ abilities. 

Demo of My Hero Academia Ultra Rumble

According to the official site of MHA Ultra Rumble, a closed beta test will be conducted on PS4 in Japan. This aims to check the game’s communication and performance. The organizer has released a participant recruitment notice, further elaborating the agreement in joining the closed beta test.

The participants can anticipate some of the entire functions and all character lineups that are to be released in the official version. However, some functions remain not available for use, and there will be parts that would be indifferent from the official release version.

MHA Ultra Rumble closed beta test seeks to improve the official game’s quality based on the opinions and impressions of the participants. They said, “We would appreciate your cooperation in participating in the application and your opinions on the game.”

Signing up for My Hero Academia Ultra Rumble

As of now, MHA fans in Japan can already sign up for the MHA Ultra Rumble. The upcoming demo will also be available on PS4 and PS5. Japanese citizens owning a PS4 or PS5 can only register online from January 17 (Monday) to January 28 (Friday). 

In line with this, there will be 10,000 people to be randomly selected to participate. They will be notified on January 31 (Monday). On the other hand, other regions, consoles, or PC, are yet to receive the announcement for the release of the demo of the MHA Ultra Rumble.
