According to the lawsuit, the third-party borrowers who were meant to get the money were made up.

The lawsuit claims that various types of collateral, such as luxury cars, boats, yachts, jewelry, watches, precious metal coins, and the proceeds from guaranteed professional sports contracts, were used to secure the alleged loans from King Lending to the third-party borrowers.

According to the lawsuit, King stayed at the Wynn Las Vegas resort for six months and “gambled 24/7” while there. The report said that Kamran Pahlavi, the late King’s ex-husband, “had substantiated” the allegations and escaped to Morocco.

Photos of King with prominent athletes, such as former NFL quarterback Tom Brady, NFL stars Aaron Rodgers, Patrick Mahomes, and Josh Allen, are included in the complaint.

According to the lawsuit, King used the photographs “as part of an effort to strengthen Plaintiff’s trust and confidence in King in regard to her connections, lifestyle, and ties to high-profile athletes as part of her deception and scam.”

According to the petition, “they demonstrate the opulent lifestyle she was leading, jewelry, vehicles, and the image she was attempting to project, as well as being a successful California licensed attorney.”

Additionally, it says that King “just supplied evidence she only has $11.98 to her name.”

According to the report, King was still requesting money from the law firm as of February to recoup the money she is accused of stealing.
