According to a news statement from the prosecution, Arthur Reyher, 38, and Jessica Reyher, 38, were detained in Indiana on suspicion of felony civil disorder and four lesser offenses.

According to a criminal complaint, the couple was among the first rioters to infiltrate the Capitol’s underground regions, according to The Indianapolis Star.
