The 6,400-square-foot, 5-bedroom property in the wealthy community of Paradise Valley was purchased by the 48-year-old cyber expert for $7.3 million in 2022, he says to the Wall Street Journal. The house is situated in Paradise Valley, which is halfway between Phoenix and Scottsdale, on a little over an acre of ground.
Malaspinas was contacted by a property management company he had previously collaborated with an offer of $500,000 to lease out his house for a week in February for Super Bowl LVII. He was unaware that Rihanna, the Grammy-winning singer, and featured performer for the halftime performance in 2023, was interested in renting his home at the moment.
Malaspinas said to The Wall Street Journal, “The very last person I am is a property entrepreneur. “My passion is not that strong. For $500,000 each week, I wouldn’t mind shifting out.”
The mansion is conveniently situated around a half-hour drive from Glendale, Arizona’s State Farm Stadium, in which Rihanna performed her historic concert. The Grammy-winning singer announced at the Super Bowl that she is now expecting her second child.
