The Charlotte County Property Appraiser’s office is now accepting applications for partial property tax refunds for Hurricane Ian and Nicole victims.
If your home was damaged or declared uninhabitable for at least 30 days as a result of Hurricanes Ian or Nicole, you might be qualified to apply for this program (Snook, 2023).
Based on the article published by the Charlotte County website on January 6, 2023, Applications must be submitted before or on April 3 of this year, together with all necessary requirements and supporting documents.
