William Zulock and Zachary Zulok were arrested on July 27 in Oxford, Georgia, following a tipped-off from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. The detectives received information about someone who “may have been downloading child sexual abuse material.” After interrogating the suspect, the detectives found another suspect who “was producing homemade child sexual abuse material with at least one adopted child who lived in the home with the perpetrator.”

The two victims, third and fourth grade at the time of the arrest, were adopted in 2018, now closed Christian adoption agency called All God’s Children, Inc,
According to court documents, the victims were sexually abused: anally raped, performed oral sex by the couple, and forced oral sex on the couple. The older sibling was also injured due to the anal rape.
An affidavit stated that William Zulock admitted to forcing the 11-year-old boy to “perform an act of sodomy – oral capitulation” and “intent to satisfy his own..sexual desire.”
The affidavit also states that Zachary Zulock would film his husband when performing sexual abuse on the child and would also “engage in sexually abusive acts” on the boys.
The homemade videos were sent to “less than a dozen people,” as stated by Zachary in a recorded interview.
The men who received the video were also identified and charged as they “perform an act of prostitution.” They are identified as Hunter Clay Lawless, 27, and Luis Armando Vizcarro-Sanchez, 25, both part of the prostitution ring.
A court document showed that Lawless told police that he received “numerous” Snapchat messages from Zachary, which allegedly said “f–king [his] son tonight” and to be prepared to receive the images and videos.
Law enforcement also allegedly found a folder on Zachary’s phone titled “US” containing videos of sexual abuse on one of the children performed by his husband, William. The folder also includes 149 images, a Snapchat letter, and a result of the Sexual Assault Nurse Examination conducted on the children, as stated in a court document.
