According to 2 top law enforcement authorities on Wednesday, the Manhattan district attorney’s office, which is investigating former president Donald Trump, obtained a letter with white powder once more.
The latest package, delivered to attorney Alvin Bragg, contained a note that contained an obscenity to characterize Bragg’s size and a powder that officials decided wasn’t harmful, according to the sources.
The sources claimed that the mail also contained a picture of Trump and Bragg. Lower Manhattan’s mail room the company was visited by New York cops as protection.
There were no quick updates on the threat’s apparent existence.
It was the 2nd time recently that white powder had been sent to Bragg.
White powder and a letter with a death warning were sent to Bragg’s workplace in March.
The letter stated, “ALVIN: I AM GOING TO KILL YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
A top law enforcement source at the time claimed that Bragg had received “several dozen” warnings. According to the insider, a few dozen were thought to directly offer significant risks.
