If Donald Trump does something on his social media channel Truth Social, it’s routinely shared his thoughts on Fox News and its staff.
The former American president made waves last week when he criticized the network for giving Ron DeSantis too much attention. Many can believe that the Florida governor is Trump’s rival if DeSantis decides to run for president, even though the cause of their hatred is still unknown.
On March 7, after learning that Fox News host Tucker Carlson would be discussing topics related to the recently released video of the riot in the capitol building that happened on January 6, 2021, with Trump’s accused followers after he has forgotten the presidential election months earlier, Trump turned his attention to Carlson.
That same day, Trump mockingly pushed his fans to watch Carlson’s program in a post he published, writing, “Tucker Carlson a MUST WATCH tonight. More Footage was released that was “HIDDEN BY THE CROOKED J 6 UNSELECT COMMITTEE.” They need to be charged with treason for their clear lies.
In response to the earlier comments, the 76-year-old made another upload in which he questioned why the rioters were still the subject of public criticism even after being found guilty and punished to pay for their crimes.
