As You Attempt 100 Push-Ups Every Day for 1 Month, What Happens to Your Body?

Are you aware of the 100 push-ups each day for a 1-month challenge? Study the effects on your body of doing that.

One of the greatest upper body workouts you can do with just your body weight is the push-up; it works your chest and triceps particularly well. However, some people go above and above by doing 100 push-ups every day for a whole month. Jeremy Ethier discussed the results of doing that.

Kinesiologist and fitness expert Jeremy Ethier is also the co-founder of Built with Science. He has more than 4 million subscribers on YouTube and provides knowledge that is both simple and well-researched.

The initial week’s most obvious side effect is DOMS (Delayed onset muscle soreness), which refers to the sensitivity and pain you feel in your muscles 1 to 2 days after a workout.

According to Ethier, within 100 days, your chest is likely to increase by about 3 millimeters in thickness and your triceps by about the same number.

To continue developing and adding muscle, you will require increasingly difficult exercises as you get tougher.
