73-Year-Old Arizona Man Fatally Shot and Killed Sleeping Roommate
A sleeping roommate was cruelly shot and killed by his Arizona roommate over a damaged microwave GOLDEN VALLEY, Ariz. (TCD) — The 73-year-old man identified as Robert Hoenshell was charged and arrested for allegedly fatally shooting his roommate while having a heated argument earlier this week.
On December Dec. 14, Wednesday, at around 3:55 p.m., A report of a possible homicide was given to the detectives and Mohave County Sheriff’s Office deputies. They responded and went to the home of the roommates at the 3100 block of McConnico Road, the department said in a news release. Reports from the scene, authorities reportedly found the deceased victim, 73-year-old, Everett Yates.
Arizona Man Allegedly Shot And Killed Roommate
According to a published post by True Crime Daily, after further investigation by the authorities, the Sheriff’s Office found out Robert Hoenshell Jr. shot and killed his roommate, Yates because of a heated argument. The two roommates on that day prior, got into an argument over a damaged microwave.
The argument caused hatred between each other and caused the tragic death of Yates. According to a Sheriff’s Office of Golden Valley, in an interrogation, Robert Hoenshell’s words to the officer said he shot his sleeping roommate without feeling any remorse.
Hoenshell was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. Till today there were no other words from the murderer or the relatives of both the victim and murderer. Robert Hoeshell is now in prison serving years in jail for cruelly murdering his sleeping roommate.
