A Nurse Allegedly Drugged, Took Lewd Photos And Videos Of Patients For A Decade, Sexually Assaulting Them
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (TCD) — A 61-year-old nurse allegedly drugged the patients. A class-action lawsuit was recently filed for sexual assault, and taking inappropriate photos and videos of hospital patients for at least 10 years.
According to the Grand Junction Police Department arrest affidavit, on July 9, the officers responded to St. Mary’s Hospital from a report of potential misconduct. Christopher Lambros was reportedly seen by a registered nurse taking photos of a patient’s genitals.
The witness told authorities she came into the room with the curtains drawn and the lights off and when the nurse pulled back the curtain, the witness reportedly saw the patient was unconscious and her gown was pulled up, exposing her breasts. The sheet was pulled down, exposing the patient’s genitals.
According to police, the witness said she saw Lambros holding a cell phone with his head laying on the patient’s stomach and was taking pictures. Lambros then dropped the phone and covered up the patient.

According to a published post by True Crime Daily, police went to Lambros’ house and asked about the allegations against him. He reportedly denied that he took any photos of the patient, Lambros allegedly said that he was injecting the patient for blood clots in the stomach area and that is why the patient was naked.
Police had a search warrant was for Lambros’ phone, and the authorities found “photos and videos of Lambros posing with several victims who were unconscious in the hospital setting. Police said Lambros was seen sucking on patients’ breasts and in the photos and digitally penetrating victims.
KDVR-TV reports, investigators allegedly found 700,000 photos of the victims and 65,000 hours of video from Lambros’ cellphone. KDVR was told that Lambros was removed from his position upon his arrest in St. Mary’s Hospital.
According to the police, Lambros who was initially charged with three counts of sexual assault received his nursing license in Colorado on June 12, 2012, and that license will now be gone.
Dec. 20, on Tuesday, law firm Rathod Mohamedbhai LLC reportedly filed a class-action lawsuit. KDVR reports, the lawsuit alleges that the hospital knew or should’ve known about Lambros sexually assaulting, and taking lewd photos of patients by drugging them. The lawsuit also tells them that there are surveillance cameras in each hospital room.
