There are only few hours remaining for direct payments application on a program that will pay you $500 each month for a year.
GUARANTEED INCOME PROGRAMS IN CALIFORNIA
El Monte and Sacramento, two cities in California, each have their own new guaranteed income programs. As inflation continues to push up prices, the combined payments from both programs will assist low-income households in meeting “basic needs,” such as food and electricity.
Direct payment applications for the Sacramento program are no longer being accepted, while direct payment application those for the El Monte program will be accepted until midnight tonight. Residents who participate in the pilot program will get $500 each month for a full year.
Applicants who meet the requirements can submit their requests in person, online, or by mail using a printed version of the direct payment application form.
CHECK ELIGIBILITY FOR DIRECT PAYMENT APPLICATION
To participate in this program, you must be a single female resident of El Monte and not be legally married to another person.
Having a minor child under the age of 18 residing in your home is also required.
A family of four needs to make less than $30,000 a year to qualify for federal poverty aid this year. Proof of income, identification, school enrolment, domicile, and the requirement for financial aid during Covid-19 are also required.
If you are able to acquire the aforementioned requirements, you may proceed to the direct payment application. However, if you don’t meet the requirements for either of these benefits, you may be eligible for up to $500 to $1000 Rebate for Americans
