Citizens who reside in Oklahoma have to finish form 538-H to get a credit or property tax refund of up to $200. The form’s deadline is on or before the 30th of June 2023.

American’s One-time Rebate is Now Available with an Amount of $200

Gross Household Income means an amount of income despite the source, accepted by every individual living in the same home. This incorporates even if the income was taxable or not.

For instance, this may contain pensions, annuities, social security, unemployment payments, veteran’s disability compensation, and scholarships or school grants.

This may also include public assistance paychecks, alimony, support cash, workmen’s compensation, loss-of-time insurance payments, capital gains, and self-employment.

Eligibility for the $200 One-time rebate in America, See Below

Those qualified residents must have a Gross Household Income of $12,000 or lower. In addition, the applicant must also be an Oklahoma resident for at least one year.

  • You or your partner/spouse must be 65 years old or older.
  • The head of the household must be disabled.
  • Proof of disability

The value of any claim issued must be for the amount of the property taxes paid by the applicant for the precursory year exceeding 1% of the entire household income.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATIONS:

  • Social Security Number
  • Partner’s Social Security Number (if married)
  • Proof of disability
  • proof of income or copy of your tax bill
  • routing and account numbers (only if direct deposit is wanted).
