$1,050 Inflation Relief Checks

To help with the ongoing inflation rate, many states decided to give residents a bonus tax refund, stimulus checks, inflation relief checks, and other aid this year. Some have already issued payments, but checks are still being received elsewhere.

In California, millions of residents are expected to receive up to $1,050 in inflation relief checks. This will be sent to eligible and qualified residents either as a direct deposit or a debit card, according to a recently published article in CNET.

Moreover, the state expects to release 95 percent of the inflation relief checks before the year ends, while the rest will arrive on January 15, 2023.

How Much Each Resident Will Receive?

Single taxpayers earning less than $75,000 per year and couples filing jointly earning less than $150,000 per year will each receive $350, plus an additional $350 if they have any dependents. A married couple with children, therefore, may earn as much as $1,050.

Meanwhile, individual filers earning between $75,000 and $125,000 per year, and couples earning between $150,000 and $250,000, will each receive $250, plus an extra $250 if they have dependents. As a result, a family with children might earn a total of $750.

Individual filers earning between $125,000 and $250,000, and couples earning between $250,000 and $500,000, would each receive $200. A family with children in this group might get up to $600.
